Dear Huong Giang,

I just wanted to write to you to let you know we have now arrived home after a wonderful holiday in both Cambodia and Vietnam. This was my first visit to Cambodia and it was a wonderful experience. The holiday went very smoothly and there are many things I will remember for the rest of my life.I just wanted to say thank you to you for all your organisation I would recommend your company to all my friends. The first tour guide in Siem Reap was fantastic he spoke good English but more importantly he was so kind and helpful. As someone who has an artificial knee he couldn't have done more to ensure I saw as much as possible and helped me climb steps and enabled me to rest when ever necessary. It made my holiday.If you could pass my thanks onto him that would be great. The hotels and boat were clean and very comfortable.All in all an amazing experience. Cambodia is a beautiful country with happy smiling people, I hope it never become spoiled by 

tourists. Thank you once again for your great organisation and I look forward to using you again in the future.

We just wanted to let you know that we had a most amazing and enjoyable holiday in Vietnam. We were enchanted by the people, exhilarated by our many different experiences and what we saw and came away feeling "Wow! that was as good as a holiday gets". Your arrangements were superb and we would not have changed a thing. Our three guides were unbelievable in terms of their knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring our needs were met and that we had the best possible time. The drivers, too, were amazing and also contributed to ensuring we had the maximum possible enjoyment. The quality of hotels and restaurants was excellent and we were treated to the many gastronomic delights available in the different parts of the country. The mix and quality of attractions we were treated to were brilliant and we learned a great deal about many different things that you can't learn easily from books.

By now you might have gathered that we were delighted with every aspect of our holiday and cannot imagine how it could have been improved. Value for money was excellent and we would have to imagine Vietnam must now rate as one of the top tourist destinations in the world today. We would appreciate it if you would forward this email to the company in Vietnam that arranged everything with our thanks and great appreciation and ask them to pass on our sincere thanks to the guides and drivers who made our holiday in Vietnam so special.
