TECHNIQUE of LECOCHINCHINE III :
LE COCHINCHINE III is entirely made of wood in a hull built of Oak (go sao), Long of 33 m and wide of 7m00 , the Vietnamese essence traditionnally used for quality ships and now a rare deed and is powered by an isuzu (450 HP) engines and 1 generator ISUZU 55KVA (220V-50HZ) .
It accommodates 28 passengers in 12 cabins including

2 Family cabins ( each with 1 double bed & 2 single bed )
All cabins are equiped with air- condition, private bathroom with hot water

A wide upper deck for contemplate sunset with an aperitif
The ship has been launched in june 2008 and construction is scheduled to be finished by september 08.
LE COCHINCHINE III is equipped with heat exchangers for hot water piloted by an automat that ensures constant shower water pressure and temperature. She brings along city water in sufficient.
Day 1: Cai Be – My Thuan – Sa Dec (L, D)
8:00 Am pick up at your hotel in Saigon, transfer to Caibe.
10h00 – 11h00am boarding Le Cochinchine boat. Enjoy welcome drink.
Explore the lively Cai Be floating market.Walking for visit the handicraft village of the local people. Sightseeing the old house and sample various tropical fruits.
Continue our cruise toward Sa Dec via My Thuan, a nice and quiet town overlooking Mekong river.
Visit the lively Sa Dec food market and primary school headed by Magueritte Duras.
Walks along the village path and get yourself acquaintance with rural activities as farmers farm their fields: rice fields, and vegetable farms, fish farms.
Back to our boat for a cruise down stream. Relax on boat while sipping an aperitif .
Dinner and overnight on board in Sa Dec.
Day 2: Sa Dec – Vinh Long- Tra On (B, L, D )
Breakfast on board on the Mekong.
Visit Binh Hoa Phuoc island and go for walk walk through the islets, sampling native fruits viewing local handicraft production and meet the local people.
Lunch served on board
Embark on a pleasant walk on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people's activities. Visit a cottage industry , a local farm and sample seasonal fruits.
Boarding back, complimentary drink as a welcome back on board. Open bar and rest on the deck enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while the Le Cochinchine is cruising Mang Thit river.

Day 3: Tra On – Can Tho – Chau doc (B)
Breakfast on board.
The morning bobbling commotion of Mekong river life comes to life for another lovely day our boat set sails to Can Tho through tributary and canals.
Transfer to Cai Rang: one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong. We go for a walk along the canals and the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards, ship building yards, rural and water activities in full swing.
10h00am disembark in Can Tho.
We now travel by land to Chau Doc, on the way we will visit Crocodile Farm. On arrival at Chau Doc, visit the Sam mountain to enjoy the a breath-taking view and enjoy the sunset on the top of SamMountain. Over night at hotel in Chau Doc
Day 4: Chau doc – Phnompenh by speed boat ( B )
This morning we will have a boat ride from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh departing around 7:30 AM.
The boat takes us along the Mekong River. It continues on to the Vietnamese (Vinh Xuong) - Cambodian (Kaom Samnar) border and then to Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia. The journey takes approximately 4,5 hours. Arrive in Phnompenh pier around 12:00 PM. Tour ends.
